W2W Partners
ICCS serves as the project coordinator, leading work packages pertaining to project coordination and management. In addition, ICCS is also leading the work packages referring to the management of waste streams, and it is also collaborating in the work packages aimed at developing digital technologies to improve the circular flows of secondary materials.

The School of Chemical Engineering at the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) is contributing to the W2W project through two laboratories: the Laboratory of Process Analysis & Design (LPAD) and the Laboratory of Polymer Technology (LPT). The LPAD will create a dynamic framework to identify optimal valorisation schemes for the provided feedstock, enhancing the sustainability of supply chains.

RCM will collaborate closely with project partners, overseeing technical coordination and progress. Additionally, it will contribute to several work packages, particularly in developing a unified classification system for recycled wood management. RCM will also play a key role in facilitating the use of wood particles and assessing investment costs for private recycling centres. Lastly, RCM will actively engage in Pilot Activities.
